Yes, you can participate in AP EAPCET second phase counselling without reporting at the allotted institute in first phase counselling. You need to cancel the seat allotted in first phase counselling in the AP EAPCET Counselling portal. Your seats will gets cancelled and then you can participate in second phase counselling. As you have registered for first phase counselling and attended the document verification you do not have to do it once again. You can directly exercise web options as per the schedule. It is to be noted that you cannot claim the seat allotted in first phase counselling regardless of the outcome after the second phase counselling is concluded.
