Joel, frogs come under Amphibians. Amphibians was not a part of NEET syllabus. But in 2017, there were 2 questions about Frog in the Biology section. Even NTA Information Bulletin recommended by MCI doesnt mention any Frog  but only mentions cockroach. And there are chances that questions from out of the syllabus might be asked as well. So you need to prepare. But just to answer your question, Frog is not in the syllabus. But Cockroach is. Approximately 14% of weightage is given.
