No Stationary items like Pen, Pencil, writing pads, erasers, wrist watches, pencil box, writing pads, pendrives and wallets are allowed to the exam hall. All you can carry with you is your admit card and a valid Id proof. Pen will be given to you in the exam hall. You will also have a clock in each room. So you cannot take anything except admit card and if proof to the exam hall. Also on the day of the exam, there will be no lockers and you are responsible for your own belongings and so you will not be even allowed vehicle keys or bags or anything. So be prepared accordingly. You are not even allowed water bottles.  Check this page for more information: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-exam-day-guideline

You are not allowed to take anything with you in exam hall. Everything is provided to you there.
