Hi

As your going to attend the group 2 examination you have asked about the exam pattern.

So, it's miles performed in 3 phases - a preliminary exam which includes two objective-kind papers

(General Studies Paper I and General Studies Paper II also popularly called Civil Service Aptitude Test or

CSAT), and a main exam along with nine papers of conventional (essay) type, wherein papers are

qualifying and only marks of seven are counted observed by a personality test (interview).

Books to crack examination:

NCERT Books.

VIjetha Publications - General Studies for GROUP 1 & 2 (English Medium) >> (General studies - Paper 1)

Indian Polity - Tata McGraw Hill - LaxmiKanth. Andhra History - Vijetha Publications - Andhra History for

Group 1 and Group 2 - English Medium. >>( ...

Indian Economy - Mishra-Puri or Dutt-Sundaram.

All the best for your exam.

Hope helpful.
