First of all, if you are willing to take admission in chemistry honours don't take your 'Best Four' percentage into consideration as the eligibility criteria for science courses is done by calculation of you science score percentage.

You need to calculate your PCM percentage for getting admission in chemistry honours at DU. And if your PCM percentage is 92+ you may get colleges even in 1st cut off. As further cut offs are released, you may get more better choice of colleges for getting admission.
