See, If you have an EWS certificate then there is no need to show non creamy or creamy layer of certificate. In fact while creating you will be needed to show your family income and properties.

Below is the eligibility criteria for making EWS certificate is below enlisted.

• The student's family income should be less than 8 lakhs per annum.
• the student's family should not own more than 5 acres of agricultural land.
• The student's residential flat area should be less than 1000 sq ft.
