Dear aspirant,

These are the rules to be followed while uploading signature

• Put full signature in running hand writing on white paper with black Ink pen.

• Scan the image for uploading.

• Note signature should not be in capital letters

If you signature or thumb impression differ in any way  ,you have to change it but it can be only changed if you receive an email from from NTA.

No it is not neccessary as they need your signature only which must be visible whether it is from any pen,but surely black is preferred as it absorbs all the wavelengths of the light:)
