Whether or not you'll be granted grace marks, depends upon the teacher who'll be checking your answer sheet. Also, sometimes 2-5 marks are added in the final mark sheet as grace marks so that the students passes the exam, and the teacher who checks the answer sheet has nothing to do with it.

So, will the CBSE follow the same trend this year too, uncertain. However, give your best in the exam so that you need not worry about grace marks at all. Good luck!
