Hello,

The Economically Weaker Section certificate is issued for the current financial year. As you have applied in June 2020, the financial year mentioned will be 2020-21 and will be valid till 31st March 2021. After that, you will need to renew the certificate. EWS certificate is issued for a particular financial year (E.g. 2021-22), therefore the validity of this certificate is expected to be of one year from the date of issue.
