Well the system for refund in CSAB Special Round counselling is that, if a candidate has not been allotted a seat after the 2nd round counselling or have withdrawn their participation at any stage during first and second round of counselling, will get a full refund of the amount they had paid at the time of registration for Special Round. The refund amount would be Rs 1500 deduced from the paid amount for registration and will be transfered to the account mentioned at the time of registration of Special Round.
