Pooja, only corrections pertaining to Category require Payment. Lets say for example, if you are changing your Category from SC/ST to General Category/OBC/EWS, you have to make payments for the remaining amount towards the application fees. For the rest of the changes, no payment is required. But if you are not making any changes to your application form, you needn't worry about the payments. You can ignore that.
