Hi Suvarna,

Yes you have to pay twice. First time 36,500 as participation fee. Then 35,000 for seat acceptance fee.(However, if you had already got a seat in JoSAA, then you must have already paid the seat acceptance fee. In that case, you don't need to pay again.)
