Hi sadiya, BCE  certificates will be considered under OBC but you will need a central OBC  certificate when you apply for central job purposesso i will tell you the procedure to apply for central OBC certificate -Visit near tahsil office or District collector office and collect form for central OBC certificate. Fill up all the details required in the form and attach the documents (Income certificate , Declaration for cast and domicile, photographs etc.), Submit the filled up form with bunch of documents,After completion of the process within 10 days you will receive the Central OBC certificate valid for 3 years. Certificates needs to renew after every 3 years .good luck
