According to the Medical Council of India rules, it is mandatory for a candidate from General category to score 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Biology in Class 12th to be eligible to be considered for MBBS admission.

So even if you appear for NEET 2020, you won't get admission into medical colleges unless you clear your 12th grade. Don't loose hope, try to clear 12th and then neet
