Anshuman, if your question is whether you can upload your 10th mark sheet instead of your 10th passing certificate, yes you can. Because few boards do not have the concept of Passing certificate and so their marks sheet is considered the proof of the completion of their 10th

you can fill the neet ug 2020 if in your 12th you have pass withPhysics, chemistry and biology /biotechnology as compulsory subjects and secured minimum marks for eligibility

for general minimum 50%  in 12th

for st/sc/obc   minimum 40%in 12th

on other hand if you have only your 10th marksheet then you can apply but at the time of counseling you have to face many problems.

also it is clearly mentioned in the neet bulletin that candidate have to upload his 10th passing certificate.

if you lost your other certificates except marksheet of 10th then you need to go to your bihar office where you can get your all 10th certificates again.
