Yes, you need to provide marksheet of all semester as well as provisional certificate of the qualifying examination at the time of document verification. So you have to obtain your 4-2 memo. There will be an extra copy of the memo with the management so you can request in the respective college examination department to provide another copy of it. You might have to pay an additional amount to obtain it.
