Yeah, the total seat acceptance fee will be refundable. Josaa or CSAB will take only Rs 15,00 for registration. The remaining money will be adjusted in your tuition fee at the time of admission if you are allotted a seat. If you not allotted a seat then you will get your refund money into your bank account after a few days. Hope it helps you.
