According to previous year cut off of AIIMS you have chances for AIIMS New Delhi.

AIIMS New Delhi Cutoff 2017 - Last Rank and Percentile

OBC -

Last Rank - 5,590

Percentile Scored - 98.0550008

Likewise you have chances AIIMS Bhopal, AIIMS Rishikesh.
