Hi Sipporah,

If you failed to apply online for tge admissions in any college then the only thing left is to apply for the college level counselling  (clc) after the completion of the 1st/2nd rounds of counsellings.

Also,if 2nd round of counselling is still going to be held then go and apply for this round because if someone missed 1st round of admission procedures then they can go for 2nd rounds too.
