Hello!

Yes yes ofcourse. NEET and AIIMS entrance are two different entrance example to get admission for MBBS course. Both the exams are conducted right after you give your 12 the boards. The preparation should be started from class 11that itself. The entrance syllabus is more or less similar to that of class 12th.
