Hello Anagha,
You should not lose hope and should keep patience till the last allotment list is released.
The last rank details of few AIIMS in the year 2018 of your category OBC is
AIIMS, Patna- 2048 AIR
AIIMS, JODHPUR- 958
AIIMS, Raipur- 2074
AIIMS, Rishikesh- 1664
AIIMS, Bhubaneswar- 1453
AIIMS, Nagpur- 2168
AIIMS, New Delhi- 236
