If you are asking whether you can get any decent college from JOSAA counseling or any other college which uses JEE Main score to grant admission then I am sorry to state that you will be disappointed.
So please go for some more exams and counselling or try to take a drop year.
Also as far as boards are concerned if you have more than 75% or you are in top 20 percentile then you can get admission next year otherwise you won't get any college through JOSAA

Dear candidate.....

Since you've got 89 percentile in JEE MAINS, so may definitely get a government engineering college with your desired branch, provided you get minimum 75 percentage of marks in senior secondary examination. You can also apply for other deemed universities and private colleges for B.tech engineering. at the time of counseling.
