Hey Aman! The National Institute of Engineering, NIE is an autonomous institution affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University. Unfortunately you won't be able to make to NIE Mysore since previous year cutoff for CSE branch is around 2000 and for IAS branch is around 4000. You can still try for other branches of NIE Mysore.
