And the admission procedure is as i mention below, Jamia Millia Islamia University offers degree programmes to aspirants at the undergraduate. The minimum Eligibility Criteria for UG & PG Courses is as given,

• You can meet JMI University eligibility criteria for admission in UG programmes if you possess a Senior Secondary School Certificate or have cleared an equivalent examination from a recognised board with minimum 45% marks in aggregate or at least 50% marks in the subject concerned
• You should have secured their bachelor’s degree from a recognised college/university with at least 45% marks in aggregate or a minimum of 50% in the subject concerned to get eligible for PG programmes

So, you have to appear for entrance exam conducted officially by the university.
