sir.my 12th whole percentage is 41.4 % so can i appear NEET?or I have to get 40% only in 3 subject physics, chemistry and biology?

Hello Aspirant

If you belong to open category you need 50%  in your 12th board. and 40% in case you are in reserved category.

That is the basic requirement for NEET.

Anything less that the minimal bar and you won't be allowed to write NEET exam.

You have to get that percentage in 3 subjects (total of PCB + English should be 40% or 50% un reserved)
