Dear Venkatesh
I saw all your comments and also what I can suggest you is now you don't have the caste certificate but in past you do have a old one right. Try to tell them about your friends condition. Or else if you have some contacts you can rise a issue in municipal office.

Hello,
According to me there is no caste category present like that for applying for jee mains papers.There are categories namely general,obc,sc &st.You can ask to your friend that in which of these 4 categories he belongs.And also he have to make certificate for verification during the counselling time.

You can apply for JEE Main in General, OBC-NCL, SC and ST category.

You can check your friend fall in which category then you can apply.

If you apply through OBC-NCL, SC or ST category you have to show your valid certificate which is centrally valid at the time of counselling or admission. If you fail to show your certificate they can cancel your admission.

Dear,sister but bcd turupukapu has been removed in telangana. he want to apply caste certificate but meeseva said that this caste certificate will not come so whatcaste he fill in jee main

You can check the below lists if your category is there you can take reserved quota otherwise you will be considered as general category student.
