The exam pattern of AIIMS PG 2019 is different for MD/MS and MDS courses.

For MD/MS, it is a 3 hour exam paper containing 200 questions with the following marking scheme :

Correct response-  +1

Incorrect response -  - 1/3

No response - 0

The questions will be from all the subjects taught during MBBS (clinical and paraclinical).
