Look Ankit, taking a drop depends on the student entirely, most students take drop only because they want to. They don't ask others but they themselves have a feeling that they'll do better if they drop the year, that they will work harder to score well next year. So if you are unsure, there is no point in taking a drop, you should be serious, and 100% sure that you will work hard and score well next year. Secondly, you have BCECE left, which has it's own share of good colleges, you may try through that. It's up to you, nobody will force you.
