Do not lose hope if you have not got a seat in the seven rounds of JOSAA. As you can still register for CSAB special round from july 24,2019 to july 26,2019 . The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) special round is for admission of all JEE Main 2019 qualified candidates in left over seats of NITs,IIITs and SFTIs after the initial rounds of counselling.

And yes , there are two rounds of counselling for CSAB special round.
