The applicants will be called for PhD interview on the basis of their CUCET score. The cutoff score is 50% in the CUCET. Applicants who opt to appear for CUCET, or opt to get an exemption from the exam, UGC-NET (JRF)/ UGC-CSIR NET (JRF)/ SLET/ GATE/ any other teacher - fellowship holder or M.Phil. qualified candidates, can appear for the PhD interview.
