I really dono which exam you are adressinad for photo size but let me tell you in general where as it is applicable in all the exam 

While scanning or uploading the photo make sure you have the background white or light colour

Photo Size: 10 Kb to 100 Kb.Photo Dimensions: Size of photo: 2 x 2 inch, 35 x 45 mm or 35 x 35 mm (5 x 5 cm, 3.5 x 4.5 cm, 3.5 x 3.5 cm)
