Hi,

It does not matter which bachelors degree you undergo to be an IAS Officer. For appearing into the UPSC CSE entrance exam, you just need to have bachelors degree in any stream from a recognized college/university. You need to just prepare the UPSC CSE Syllabus in detail and appear for the interview at last. No single course can cover the whole aspects of the UPSC CSE Exam. You can undergo any of your desired course and prepare for the UPSC CSE along side.
