Without NEET you cannot get admission in any Medical college across India. Most of the colleges gives admission on the basis of NEET result. Some of the private colleges gives direct admission even you if you are not qualified but the tution fees will he much more and it will include donation too which will definitely not worth it. Instead give the NEET and get qualified with good marks which will result in more options for college selection and government colleges have very less tution fees compared to private and government colleges are well reputed.
And the colleges which give you direct admission are less reputed colleges i.e. grade C colleges which is definitely not worth it.
