Yes, there will be some time gap between the two and as you have mentioned that you have scored 76 percentile, therefore you might have a good chance that you would be able to get to the phase two as well.

Also, Don’t be disheartened, in case you have missed the cutoff required for JEE Advanced because JoSSA counselling is also there.
