Hello,
A solution with high osmotic concentration means it has a large amount of solute particles dissolved in it.
This makes the solution hypertonic compared to others, causing water to move into it through osmosis if separated by a semipermeable membrane.
In simple terms, the higher the osmotic concentration, the stronger its ability to draw water from another solution.
Thank you
