MHRD means, ministry of human resource development,firmly known as ministry of education. MHRD basically works for development of Human resource in India. School education , Literacy department of MHRD is concerned with improvement of primary education while high education department looks after the higher education department looks after the higher education in the country.

basically the MHRD department makes sure that the college provides all the basic necessities to the students in terms of education and the quality of living.
