You won't have much problem in this case I think, because roll number and registration number usually be same. Instead of roll number they have registration number column, even my marksheets have my roll number in registration number section. So it will not impact,, stay calm and focus on Examination.

but roll number and register number are different in marksheet. because of this application won't be rejected right. please do reply sir
