I hope that you are doing well. Yes, there is registration for neet called neet phase 2 registration which you have to fill before result is announced . Date of filling the form is from 1 October to 10 October. If didn't fill the form then your earlier registration will also going to cancelled by NTA.
For filling neet phase 2 registration form you require your mark sheet of 10th , 11th and 12th.
You don't have to pay any money for this registration.
