As you are a final year student, you are eligible for the SSC CGL Exam.

But if you final year result comes after 1st August, y ou will be disqualified in the document verification round even if you clear the exam as SSC as strict guidelines.
If your final year results come in September, you would be rejected in the document verification round.

So, if the pattern of your university/college of announcing the final year results is in September, it is highly likely they will announce this year results also in September. So you should aim for next year's SSC CGL as you will be eligible and there won't be any problem in the document verification round.
