Hello aspirant!! 

This is a good college. You can opt for it or else you can wait for 3rd counselling so that you may get better colleges than this. Because in last moment some people may change their decision and due to which you may have chance to get that seat. If you won't get another college you will be having this college in your hands. So don't worry.
