If i belongs from all india quota of st  dan also i will not get reservation in mh cet law exam

See, if you want law college in Maharashtra through mh cet law... Then u can apply but your ST category will be considered as open category...

This is becoz mh cet law has their own rule reservations. They clearly mentioned that the candidates 10+2 from outside Maharashtra state board or university will be considered as open category...

So, if you seat based on quota then have go through All India Quota's

You could applied as ST only if u have domicile certificate of Maharashtra or your family (father/mother) has domicile or family (father/mother) working in Maharashtra... Only then your ST will be considered
