The package varies IIT to IIT so it would be better if you can share which particular IIT you are asking for but generally the average packahe should be 8-9L.

It depends on the organization & also on your performance. But you can expect 8 to 10 Lakh average package after doing M.tech from IITs in Instrumentation Engineering.
