State of eligibility means the state other than the domicile One? Because I am from Madhya pradesh and I fill up maharashtra.

It refers to state from which you hold your citizenship and for 15% quota there is no domicile required as you can apply for any state except J & K.

by mistaken during NEET form correction i changed my eligibility state from mp to maharastra. my domicile is from mp am i eligible for 85% state quota of mp? is there any procedure to change it during counselling?
