even If i cleared browsing data and restarted it did not worked for me
Dear Tejashwini, IIT Delhi has acknowledged server issues and announced they are working on it. Please clear the cache, browsing history, passwords, etc and restart your device. Re-login and try again. This worked for few Candidates and it might work for you as well.
