St John's Medical College is a private religious minority medical college and hospital situated in Bangalore, India. It is part of the St. John's National Academy of Health Sciences run by the Catholic Bishops' Conference of India. It was established in 1963.

The college offers graduate (MBBS), postgraduate (MD/MS), superspecialty (DM/MCh) and various Diploma courses- all of which are recognized by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Admission in MBBS Course is done on the basis of NEET-UG Score and College is allotted through Karnataka State NEET-UG Counselling Conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority.
