If the Study Certificate is issued on completion of the course you can but submit the same original certificate in the allotted institute or for document verification. You do not have to renew or get new certificate as there is no expiry date for the study certificates that you obtain. You can provide the study certificate that you have right now during the document verification and submit the same in the institute in which you have taken admission.
