Hello, as you have not mentioned your rank so it's diffult to predict a exact rank and as your percentile is low chances are less to get a good college.
Your category rank would help you.
If you have home state quota in any new Nit like Sikkim,Manipal it will increase your chances.

Apply for Jossa counseling.
Then apply for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling.

You have to wait till last round of Csab counseling.

You should also apply for other states government and private colleges which takes admission through Jee mains.

You can also apply for admission in private universities  like Chandigarh University,Lovely Professional University, Galgotia University.
