Since you are talking about SC, I shall be providing the details as such :

1. Bankura Sammilani Medical College : 356 Marks
2. Burdwan Medical College : 374 Marks
3. North Bengal Medical College : 367 Marks
4. Midnapore Medical College : 353 Marks
5. College of Medicine and Sagar Dutta : 369 Marks
6. Murshidabad Medical College : 351 Marks
7. Maldah Medical College : 349 Marks
8. ESI IPGME&R Joka : 357 Marks.

As you can see, I have mentioned the list of colleges pertaining to your criteria of marks 370-380 and as per the previous year trends, you could get a seat anywhere in here but the thing is that this year's paper was a bit easy compared to that of 2018 and hence there's a high chance that the cutoff would rise. Accordingly your chances in some of the Colleges of cutoff range previously around 370 would be tough.
But the colleges whose cutoff where near about 350 last year, can provide you a seat.

And as far as Medical Colleges in Kolkata are concerned, you are least likely to procure a seat in any of the 5 major colleges of Kolkata.
