Best application in Android phone for restore deleted photo's and videos is Google photos or Google drive. If you save all in Google photos then good. But may be you can upload limited storage of your phone in Google photos because Google declare that you have to pay some amount for storage in Google photos.

If you are choosing Google drive it's also good option. You can upload all of this here and create a folder. Now choice is totally yours.
