Although there are some colleges that allow admission after a backlog in Class 12th, it is suggestable to clear that backlog and then join any college as to not get any problems in the future.

Anyways, these are some college which provide admission provisionally :

1. Open University like IGNOU, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University
2. Some State Private Universities like LPU, Amity etc.

They will provide admission provisionally which means you will need to clear that backlog to confirm your admission.
